Analysis & Audit
We analyze your processes, tools and data, assess your AI readiness and prioritize the use cases with the greatest benefit before any code is written. AI audits start at €5,000.
Strategy & Workshops
In workshops with your business units we develop use cases, sketch prototypes and agree on a roadmap. The result is a concrete implementation plan. AI workshops start at €2,900.
Development & Rollout
We build AI agents, automation workflows and content systems for production use, GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU. The team that designs the solution also builds it, in sprints of 2 to 4 weeks.
Operations & Growth
Once live, we monitor quality and ROI per use case and improve the systems based on the data. Operations start at €2,500 per month.
