Since February 2025, Art. 4 of the EU AI Act has applied: companies that use AI systems must ensure that their employees have sufficient AI competence. This applies to every employee who works with AI, including those outside IT.
For prohibited AI practices, the regulation sets fines of up to EUR 35 million or 7% of worldwide annual turnover. The literacy obligation is binding law and belongs in any AI governance framework. Our workshops build the AI competence your company needs and make it demonstrable.
