// Starting point
Many AI Ideas, No Priorities
Fuxtec sells outdoor equipment online and wanted to use AI in a targeted way. There were plenty of ideas internally, yet no structured prioritization and no implementation plan. The main open question was where to begin.
Management wanted to know which AI initiatives promised the highest ROI, in which order the company should proceed, and what was realistic with the resources available.
// Approach
AI Readiness Assessment and Strategy Sprint
We began with a two-day AI Readiness Assessment, reviewing the technical infrastructure, the processes and the internal skills. We then collected use cases systematically and prioritized them by impact and effort.
This produced an 18-month roadmap with milestones, budget estimates and implementation recommendations, prepared so that management could present it to the board as is.
// Deliverables
