Mission
We bring AI into our clients' daily work. What matters to us are systems that keep running and get used after the project ends. So far we have delivered 10 production AI systems across 6 industries.
Remote and Hybrid
Most roles can be done remotely or in a hybrid setup. We judge work by its results. Hours are flexible, and much of our communication is async.
Current AI Tools
We use Claude, GPT, Midjourney, n8n and LangChain every day in client projects. You work with current models and learn where they hold up in enterprise use and where they fall short.

AI Artist
You create AI-generated visuals for campaigns and social media and develop visual concepts for our clients' branding. Your tools are ComfyUI, Kling, Veo, Google Imagen and Banana.

You edit social media videos for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You know the formats and what has to land in the first 3 seconds. Motion graphics and sound design are a plus.

You build AI-powered automations with n8n, Make and Python. LangChain, API integrations and prompt engineering are part of your daily work. You connect existing systems and automate workflows that clients use every day.

You are the link between clients and our team. You run AI projects, coordinate with stakeholders on the client side and make sure results arrive on time and at a high standard. Experience with agency or tech projects is required.

Introductory Call
In a 30-minute video call we talk about your experience and what you want to do with us.
Trial Task
You get a small, practical task. There is no 8-hour assessment. We want to see how you approach a problem.
Offer
If it works for both sides, you receive a fair offer. We decide quickly and tell you openly where things stand.
